RETURN & REPLACE POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and replacement policy below.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Medicines and healthcare products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is damaged or defective
- Wrong product was delivered
- Product is expired or near expiry

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Prescription medicines that have been opened
- Products without original packaging
- Products damaged due to misuse

3. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return:
1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery
2. Provide order details and reason for return
3. Our team will arrange for pickup
4. Refund will be processed within 7-10 business days

4. REPLACEMENT
For defective or damaged products, we offer free replacement. The replacement will be shipped within 3-5 business days of return confirmation.

5. REFUND METHOD
Refunds will be credited to:
- Original payment method
- Wallet (for faster processing)

7. RETURN APPROVAL CONDITIONS

All returns are subject to verification and approval by our quality check team. We reserve the right to reject returns if the product does not meet the eligibility criteria.

8. CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS

Products must be returned in their original condition, including:

Original packaging
Sealed and unused condition (where applicable)
All accessories, labels, and invoices

Failure to meet these conditions may result in rejection of the return request.

9. PARTIAL RETURNS

In case of combo or bundled products, partial returns may not be accepted unless explicitly stated.

10. CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted, and the return policy will apply instead.

11. SHIPPING CHARGES
Return shipping is free only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
For other eligible returns (if applicable), shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

12. INSPECTION & QUALITY CHECK

All returned products will undergo a quality inspection. Refunds or replacements will be processed only after successful verification.

13. DELAY IN REFUNDS

While we aim to process refunds within 7–10 business days, delays may occur due to banking procedures or unforeseen circumstances.

15. FRAUD PREVENTION

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or abuse of our return policy.

16. NO CASH REFUNDS

We do not provide cash refunds under any circumstances.

17. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details. We are not liable for return/replacement issues arising due to incorrect information.

19. POLICY UPDATES

We reserve the right to modify this Return & Replacement Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform.
